World Wide Legal Video Services Rates
I require that the attorney or court reporting firm that hires me to be sure to confirm the deposition booking at least 24 hrs. in advance, either by E-mail or by phone. If the deposition is canceled or rescheduled after the 24 hour notification time you will be billed a flat fee of $120.00.
If I have traveled to the site of the deposition and it has been canceled or rescheduled you will be billed $175.00. All prices here are subject to change at anytime.
All depositions that I am hired to do are billed C.O.D., unless there has been a working relationship between us in the past.
Videotaped Depositions
The price here I charge includes all set-up and take down of equipment plus all tape charges, and all taping of the deposition. $60.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum time.
All-Day Depositions
All day depositions are billed from 9am to 5pm and includes all set-up and take-down of equipment, tape charges and video taping of deposition. $480.00 per 8 hour day.
Mileage Rates
There is a $50 per hour of travel time that is billed to you from Flandreau, South Dakota to the location of the deposition.
Copies of Depositions
Copies of the depositions are $25.00 per DVD. The attorney that hires me receives a free copy of the entire deposition.
